Family and friends have started asking what I want for Christmas. Honestly, I don't really know on the top of my head because I have not been wanting so bad and saving up for something since I was..16? Most things I can purchase for myself and I guess, I hate telling people because the element of surprise is gone despite it being realistically practical. Plus the trivial things that I would not feel guilty asking for, I probably bought it already. However, more desirable things are more expensive and I find it hard to ask someone to buy me a $300USD pair of boots. I thought long and hard and could only come up with two things that I do not need but would be over the moon to own.
1) Matt and Nat: I was first introduced to Matt and Nat bags when I visited my dear friend Anna up in BC. She had one and it was gorrrrgeous. It is also vegan. Gorgeous vegan. We poured over the bags outside their shop on 4th and whimpered. Whenever I see this bag, I whimper, alot:
Matt and Nat's bag "zebrano"
2) Last Christmas, my sister and I went shopping on 23rd and I bought myself a lovely pair of fake leather boots with killer heels. When I say killer heels, it means that if I wear it for more than 30 mins, walking, the pain that my feet feels is the pain of childbirth, if my feet could give birth. So ever since then, I've been wanting to have a decent practical yet feminine pair of boots. Ones that would allow me to wear dresses and skirts in the winter time and not have to worry about pairing shoes. It will be my "go to" winter shoes.

I recieved my Christmas present from work today, it is a gift certificate to Safeway (supermarket) for a leg of ham, turkey or a platter of some sort. I think I will donate it to a charity for families that need a bit of a help this year.
