Where you sleep is so personal. Thierry Bouet's photographs of different people in their own beds is not only mesmerizing but his use of colours and the character's personality exudes curiosity. Thanks to Taf who introduced me to this extraordinary French photographer.
Which one is your favourite? Mine is the first photograph with the old man. Look, he has a pair of wooden clogs!

those are some amazing beds! I like the first 3... and the 6th. How does he find people to photograph, I wonder?
I like number one too. It just looks so magical and comfy. I don't think I would ever want to leave! The clogs definatley add to the cuteness factor. Precious!
Oh! Sleeping in a forest in a proper bed. Though if I had it my way, it would be an old fashioned brass bed suspended from the branches of a tree like Tim Walker's photos.
The bed is so personal...love these images so much!
I like the one of the stretcher outdoors for summer living - and the cosy enclosed one with clogs for slippers for winter... all interesting though!
i think mine is the second to the last—with the peep hole through the brick.
but they are all very neat—great art. great theme! great post!
very cool photographs. so much character!
So great!
Fascinating! I love these
I love this series!!! So intimate, but not invasive. I love the Betsey Johnson looking chick's bed. Romantic, but kind of a hot mess.
