These new creations are inspired by the old school pins. When I was in high school in NZ, we often wore rectangle metal pins on our blazers if we were in certain houses or if you were prefects or the headgirl.
An example of a school pin
The only thing metal about these necklaces are the charms that I have incorporated into the crochet rectangles. They make for a simple but bold piece of neck wear. Check them out! They are now available at Muntedkowhai :Also, I'm soon to list these nerdy science Tshirts I designed last year and had them screen printed. Yes, it is an image of an eppendorf tube. Why not. Due to low funds last year, I only screen printed 4 tshirts and am going to list 3. If there is enough interest, I will screen print more in different colours and sizes!

Oh, so glad you've found your creative mojo again and loving the new designs... The one with the little acorns is my favourite so far - so cute!
My mother tried teaching me to crochet. I should probably probably practice more. I think that your designs are absolutely amazing though.
Aww! Those are so great! I love the inspiration behind them and the finished product is awesome! I adore them all.
The T-shirt is funny stuff! I love it!
Ooooo..I think these are very nice and different! Hope you make lots more sale!
Ahahaha! Eppendorf tshirts! You're cracked!
Love your new stuff. The hand one is my favourite.
One of these days I will learn to crochet (or to learn knitting beyond casting on...). You're an inspiration!
oh my word..... I am LOVING these new designs!! Totally fantastic! The rectangle shape with the charm is perfection! xo
totally in love with your new necklaces.....dying over the one with the red button !!!
Cool idea m'dear!
I love your new designs! But I have to ask, whats a "head girl"?
A headboy or a head girl of a school is elected by either the student body or teachers. They're basically responsible for student council and representing the school at special events. I think its equivalent to class president?
I think headgirls and prefects are more of a british tradition which bled into aussie and kiwi schools.
I just love these new designs...you're so creative!
