Midyear resolution

I've been wanting to put this resolution into action for a few months now. Now I have an incentive. One of Aaron's friend is getting married in December and since we missed out on the last two weddings, he wanted me to join him this time round. So, I'm going back to NZ for two weeks in Dec!! Yay!! I get to see boyfriend AND stuff my face with pies and fish and chips. Choice! I will also stuff my face with golden kiwi fruits, feijoas, spirulinas and did I mention meat pies? Loads of meat pies!

Which brings me to my resolution, I know I'm not overweight by any standards but I know a flabby tummy when I see one! Eeeek! I have not been into a gym for, oh, a year now and even if I am at the same weight, I'm not feeling physically fit. I eat pretty healthy but lately I have been dabbling in coca cola which for sure, has lots of sugars. So, I'm going to have to make the most of the warm weather AND daylight in the evening to walk/run afterwork.

I've never been a fan of my arms, they're big and don't look right in a tank top (hence all the sleeve tops) so I think I'll take out the Pilates video and do that every other day. Yes. It can be done. I have 6 months! I want to look great in this:

What work outs do you guys recommend for firming and toning?
