We are leaving for the airport soon. I will have internet access but will not have time to blog myself. News arrived this morning that she has lost consciousness. I realize I cry mostly because of how this news affected my mother. To see her with such raw emotion breaks my heart. I also cry because it may be too late for her to see us. I wonder, even in such a state, could we comfort ourselves into thinking that she can hear us? or is that just something we think for our own good?
