Weekend

This week has been quite exciting and frustrating at the same time. Still having transfection issues with my bone marrow macrophages. Since I don't have much time to wrap up these experiments, I'm putting in some weekend time to move things along. I'm glad the weekend is here with a wedding tomorrow and a sushi feast with Corrine on Sunday.

I'm watching paranormal reality tv shows right now, on a friday night and this makes me happy.
