My mother

hankies

My sweet mum always think of me when she sees vintage things. A few weeks ago, she and my step dad ventured back to Binghamton, NY. They were there to sort out things in my step grandmother's century old house. She has since moved to a nursing home and all those years of keepsakes laid untouched, unloved, unseen. When my mum saw these hand embroidered hankerchiefs, doillies and table runners made by my step dad's grandmother, she sent them my way. They're quite the lot of eye candy and I do not know what to do with them yet. I have in my mind to frame some of them or turn them into something else. They're precious. Any suggestions?
