Last week Mum and Daughter EATS was picked by me but I didn't cook it! I have been a bit overwhelm and sick this week to cook it so Aaron did a lovely job. He made it for our Sunday brunch, with a side of seared tuna. It went with it perfectly. Here's the recipe, click it to enlarge it. It's taken from the awesome SBS FEAST magazine:

Lightly seasoned tuna
Dill, Parsley and roasted pine nuts
Perfect for a cold.
