I think, this is a piece of our own.


The power went out last night and we were without TV and all the luxuries that electricity affords us, so when we listened to NPR in the car, the first thing we hear was "McCain has conceded."

Eyebrows raised. Puff of air exhaled.

Conceded. That sounded like such an archaic word to me. Perhaps it sounded archaic because I was listening to something historic. We sat there in the car and listened to the first part of Mc Cain's speech to this Arizona supporters. The boos and the angry shouts coming from the Republican crowd made me sick to my stomach. If they were Democrats, it would make me the same way as well.
