Swedish Apple cake aka easiest cake fix ever









You will need:

2 eggs
250g caster sugar
100g unsealed butter chopped
150ml milk
1tsp vanilla extract
175g self raising flour
4 small granny smith apples (sliced 1cm thick)

Preheat oven to 180c. Whisk eggs with sugar to combine well. Place butter, milk and vanilla in saucepan over medium heat ,stirring until butter is melted. Slowly whisk milk mixture into egg mixture. Fold flour in. Lay half the apple pieces on bottom of greased cake tin. Pour in batter. Lay rest of apple slices on top. Bake for 25mins.
